These terms govern your use of the BridgeWorks website and any services provided by BridgeWorks. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
BridgeWorks provides digital growth services including strategy, marketing, brand identity, and web design and development. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. No work starts without a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
All work produced for you during an engagement belongs to you upon full payment. This includes designs, code, content, brand assets, and documentation. BridgeWorks retains no ownership of client work after handover. We reserve the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payment terms
Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon delivery. Late payments may result in paused work until the balance is settled. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement.
Scope changes
If you request work outside the original agreement, we will provide a written estimate of the additional cost and timeline before proceeding. No additional charges are applied without your written approval.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Business data, strategies, financials, and any proprietary information shared during an engagement will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. This obligation survives the end of any engagement.
Limitation of liability
BridgeWorks provides services in good faith and with professional care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases or lead volumes. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. All completed deliverables and assets will be handed over regardless of termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these terms or related services will be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
