Industry

Region

Stage

Established operations, outdated digital presence

Engagement

16-week Digital Growth Program

Context

CEEFM Kft is a facility management company operating in Budapest. The business had an existing website that no longer served its needs and a LinkedIn company page that had gone inactive. There was no AI search visibility, no structured lead generation, and no system for capturing or qualifying inbound interest. Growth depended entirely on personal referrals and word of mouth, a model with a ceiling that only digital infrastructure could raise.

The Bottleneck

Outdated website.

The existing site no longer reflected the business or converted visitors. Prospects searching for facility management in Budapest were finding competitors instead.

Inactive LinkedIn presence.

The company page existed but had gone dormant. No regular posting, no content strategy, no engagement.

No lead system.

Every enquiry relied on the founder's personal network. No way to capture, qualify, or follow up on inbound interest at scale.

No documentation.

Internal processes lived in the founder's head. Nothing was written down, nothing was repeatable, nothing could be handed to a new team member.

Systems Built

Acquisition Layer

  • New bilingual website (EN/HU) rebuilt from scratch in React, replacing the outdated original. Deployed on Vercel with full SEO foundation including structured data, JSON-LD, and hreflang tags.
  • Google Business Profile created and pending verification for local facility management searches in Budapest.

Why this mattersThe website is the first credibility checkpoint for any CEE prospect. The old site wasn't doing that job. The new one is built for speed, search visibility, and conversion, and the client owns every line.

Conversion Layer

  • AI lead qualification workflow. Every inbound enquiry, from website form to email to WhatsApp, is automatically scored on fit, urgency, and market context, then routed into one of three tiers: immediate response, warm follow-up, or long-term nurture. Draft responses prepared before the founder sees the lead.

Why this mattersResponse time dropped from hours to minutes. The founder spends decision energy on qualified prospects instead of triaging every enquiry manually.

Content Layer

  • LinkedIn company page reactivated with a structured content strategy. Now running at 3 posts per week with a branded hashtag system covering core topics: housekeeping, eco-products, energy optimisation, and hiring.
  • Content calendar managed through Google Sheets planner with scheduled publishing triggers.

Why this mattersConsistent posting builds authority in a credibility-first market. Every post is a searchable proof point that compounds over time.

Automation Layer

  • Automated reporting and performance tracking across all digital channels.
  • n8n-powered workflow backbone connecting lead capture, qualification, routing, and notification systems.

Why this mattersThe founder sees what's working and what isn't without asking. No manual report generation, no waiting for monthly updates.

Documentation Layer

  • Every system built comes with written documentation and visual walkthroughs. The client understands what was built, how it works, and how to maintain it independently.

Why this mattersWhen this engagement ends, CEEFM keeps everything. No dependency. No black box.

Progress (Week 14 of 16)

  • New website live and replacing the previous site
  • LinkedIn content output increased from dormant to 3 posts per week
  • Lead response time reduced from 24 plus hours to under 2 hours
  • First automated lead qualification sequence deployed and routing live
  • Google Business Profile created, verification in progress
  • AI search visibility baseline being established across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and Bing Copilot

Expected Outcome

Based on the current system architecture, the expected outcome is a consistent inbound pipeline and reduced reliance on referrals over the next 8 to 12 weeks following engagement completion. The systems are designed to compound. Content builds visibility, visibility generates enquiries, and the qualification system ensures the founder's time goes to the prospects most likely to convert.

Why We Chose This Approach

Why React instead of a no-code platform?

Full ownership. No-code platforms create dependency through monthly fees, limited customisation, and locked-in hosting. React gives CEEFM a website they own outright, deployed on infrastructure they control, with no recurring platform cost.

Why automate lead qualification before content was at scale?

Because even one qualified lead per week at this stage is high-value for a facility management company. Building the routing system early means the infrastructure is ready when volume grows, rather than scrambling to build it under pressure later.

Why LinkedIn before other channels?

Budapest B2B runs on LinkedIn. Instagram and Facebook are secondary for facility management. We went where the buyers already are.
